$120,000-140,000/year

Monday-Friday 1st shift (100% on-site)

Employment Type:

Full Time; Direct Hire Job responsibilities: Lead the site quality program, including policies, procedures, quality culture, training, metrics, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable GxP, GMP, GDP, and Good Documentation Practice requirements. Manage audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and regulatory or client quality issues. Partner with Operations and clients to support quality objectives, resolve issues, and communicate performance. Lead and develop Quality Specialists and warehouse personnel through coaching, training, and effective quality practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10-15 years of pharmaceutical QA/QC experience. Must have experience with sampling suite room activities. Strong knowledge of GxP, GMP, GDP, quality systems, audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus. Interested?
