Job Description

Top Requirements:
7+ years of Quality experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated life sciences environments Strong GMP/GDP compliance knowledge Experience leading internal/external audits and regulatory inspections Prior people leadership or supervisory experience Experience managing CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and quality systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, etc.) Knowledge of FDA regulations, 21 CFR requirements, GDP guidelines, and cGMP standards Pharmaceutical distribution, warehousing, cold chain, or supply chain quality experience
Responsibilities:
Lead site quality programs and compliance initiatives Serve as primary quality contact for customers and stakeholders Manage audits, inspections, investigations, and CAPA activities Develop and mentor quality personnel Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and client requirements
