Responsibilities As a Construction Quality Control Manager, your duties will include: 1. Conducting regular inspections and audits of construction sites to identify any potential quality issues or non-compliance. 4. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control management within the construction industry. 2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations, particularly on projects such as: Healthcare, Mission Critical, Commercial Tenant Improvements, Etc. . 3. Experience on Federal projects is a MUST. 4. Experience working with US Army Corps of Engineers is also required. 5. Strong leadership skills is a plus. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Proficiency in using quality control software and other relevant computer applications. 8. A professional certification in Quality Control Management will be an added advantage.
