President / Production Manager Job Summary The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the company's quality assurance and continuous improvement programs to ensure all printed products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal performance goals. This role drives quality culture across the organization, reduces waste and rework, and ensures consistent production excellence in a fast-paced printing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures Establish quality standards for printing processes, materials, and finished products Monitor production quality metrics and lead corrective and preventive actions Investigate customer complaints and internal defects; drive root cause analysis Partner with production, prepress, and finishing teams to improve process consistency Conduct audits of workflows, equipment, and documentation Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve efficiency Train employees on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices Maintain quality records, reports, and compliance documentation Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements Support ISO or industry certification efforts (if applicable) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing; printing industry experience strongly preferred Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, finishing) is a plus Experience with quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement tools Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Ability to read technical specifications and production documentation Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools Core Competencies Attention to detail and process discipline Leadership and team collaboration Data-driven decision making Continuous improvement mindset Strong organizational and documentation skills Equal Opportunity Employer Seneca Printing is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
