$100,000•$150,000 per year Job Details•What you'll own: Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan Lead the
Three Phases of Quality Control:
Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership Mentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability What they're looking for: 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects Demonstrated experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control Healthcare, hospital, or other mission-critical construction experience Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience Strong understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project requirements dictate A bit about us:•I'm working with a fast-growing federal general contractor hiring a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead quality on complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects.
