Quality Control Coordinator, Philadelphia
INTRODUCTION
Civic360, LLC is seeking a full-time Quality Control Coordinator to support our nonpartisan voter registration program based in Philadelphia, PA.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Quality Control Coordinator , you would be responsible for carrying out processes according to internal guidelines to ensure the voter registration program's compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry, quality control and maintaining records for the voter registration program. Provide day-to-day management support through data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and legibility of cover sheets, voter registration forms and applications. Work closely with canvassers/organizers/directors to ensure timely and accurate transfer of information. Review, verify, and process canvasser timecards for accurate submission to payroll in accordance with company procedures and deadlines. Provide regular feedback to the Quality Control Director and IVE Director, as appropriate, about quality concerns or issues to ensure the highest level of quality standards. Work closely with the QC Director to provide training to canvassers on best practices throughout the program. Prepare and provide reports on program progress to QC Director according to reporting deadlines to ensure the program goals are met. Establish regular check-ins and provide constructive feedback and support when issues occur. Review flagged forms after managers' visual inspections for accuracy and keep accurate records of delivery. Raise concerns or issues to the QC Director (including repeat mistakes by canvassers) and ensure instances of inaccuracy are investigated and documented, and all records are properly uploaded into our quality control software and stored securely. Review quality control system entries and uploaded voter registration forms in our quality control software daily. Stay in constant contact with the IVE Director about the quality of data entries and daily uploads to ensure the highest standard possible. Prepare and provide reports on the program progress to the state's program leadership to ensure the program goals are met Work closely with the Civic360 staff to set and accomplish program goals. Ensure programs are executed with a high standard of integrity, quality control, professionalism, appropriate long-range perspective, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Fully engage with the mission and Civic360 team by attending staff meetings and events and being educated on the organization's full suite of activities in order to fully represent the organization to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates who are results-focused, with outstanding analytical and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and have the following qualities and skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, oral and written communication skills Has strong aptitude for analyzing data Is a self-starter; willing to work sometimes long, irregular hours and to travel as needed Knowledgeable of MS Office (i.e. Excel) and budget spreadsheets or other data reporting software Able to easily adapt to new software systems Demonstrates strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Demonstrates willingness to take direction and work collaboratively Must be flexible, as plans continuously change
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have an operational car that is registered and insured, and which you are licensed to drive. Willing to comply with strict rules against partisan activities or electioneering during work time. Spanish/English bilingual is a skill we value, but it is not a requirement.

Starting at $53,000 per year, paid weekly
