Job:
A Mission We seek a passionate Group manager V&V to lead the design and development of advanced verification and validation solutions, working alongside dedicated teams to ensure the reliability and safety of rail systems. This role demands ownership, complex problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering lasting impact. Your Role, Your Impact Drive scalable V&V strategies for large rail projects, ensuring robust system performance. Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and quality teams to achieve seamless integration. Establish and maintain rigorous reliability standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Champion innovation by implementing new testing methodologies and digital tools. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the V&V team and across departments. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in verification, validation, or quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in V&V processes, safety-critical systems, and rail industry standards. Strong understanding of system engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and driving results.
