We are known for reliability, strong team culture, and consistent service. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our operations and help maintain high-quality standards as we grow. Position Overview This is a hybrid role supporting both office operations and field quality control. You will assist the Operations Manager by: Managing customer communication Supporting scheduling and daily workflow Conducting quality checks in homes Coaching cleaning teams and resolving issues This is a hands-on position with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities Field Quality Control Perform in-home quality inspections Identify missed areas and correct issues when needed Support and coach cleaning technicians Assist with re-cleans and touch-ups Document quality checks with notes and photos Customer Support Answer calls, texts, and emails Handle customer concerns professionally Follow up on service quality and satisfaction Maintain a positive company image Operations Support Assist with scheduling and dispatching Confirm appointments and communicate with teams Support daily workflow and job notes Assist with onboarding and training new hires Qualifications Residential cleaning experience preferred Strong customer service skills Detail-oriented with high standards Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Computer & Technical Skills Comfortable using scheduling/CRM systems (Launch27 or similar) Proficient with email communication (Gmail or similar) Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, messaging, and navigation Ability to learn new systems quickly What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in quality Someone willing to step in and fix issues when needed Strong communicator with both customers and team members A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role Important This is a hands-on role. You must be willing to go into homes and help correct cleaning issues when needed.
