What You Will Do:
- The Pratt & Whitney Middletown, CT site has an open Development Operations Quality Assurance Supervisor position.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- + Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. + Established background in Quality functions, processes, and procedures. + Knowledge or ability to utilize PC Based information systems a must. + Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, i.e. Lean, ACE, QCPC, DIVE.

This role is:
Onsite:
- Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

- The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
