Food and lodging stipend Overtime pay, 3 weeks PTO, 10 days holiday About Our Client My client is hiring for a Federal quality control manager with experience in new construction in a traveling hybrid role. Job Description Monitor and enforce quality control standards on construction projects. Review project documentation to ensure compliance with federal guidelines. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and quality requirements. Coordinate with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues. Prepare and submit quality control reports to stakeholders. Implement corrective actions to address non-compliance or quality deficiencies. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain project quality. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Federal Quality Control Manager should have: Experience with quality control processes in construction projects. Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary between $130,000 and $160,000. Travel position Additional benefits to be determined.
