The Manager of Recovery Operations is responsible for the oversite and activities of case management teams assigned operations by planning, leading, and implementing quality assurance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Key member of the management team and contribute to operational strategies to meet corporate growth and performance objectives. § Collects and evaluates processes, ensuring that procedures meet acceptable quality and integrity standards. § Coordinates employee efforts to ensure efficient response time. § Facilitates communication among departments and management. § Drafts and implements policies and procedures to improve the recovery process and the quality of services produced. § Drafts and maintains logs, records, and other documentation of testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria. § Maintains records of test results, defects identified, and other key metrics related to quality control. § Analyzes quality control test results and offers feedback and interpretations of those results to management or staff. § Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and technological advances in the applicable industry and in the quality control field. § Drafts and maintains standard operating procedures, manuals, and documentation for the recovery and QA processes. § Monitors and periodically reports on production quality, nonconformance, trends, and underlying causes of defects in systems or processes. § Ceases production when serious recovery risks arise. § Provides training where necessary. Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.

Required Education and Experience:
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree but do require a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 or more years of related experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Knowledge of the collections industry is helpful. A minimum of three years of experience and knowledge of skip tracing technology (Accurint, Lexus Nexus, TLO, CLEAR) preferred.
