Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Participate as a quality engineering member on agile teams, reviewing and clarifying requirements for testing initiatives. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios, collaborating on building test cases and tracking issues to resolution. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go Live activities, leveraging test data management practices for effective testing. Facilitate testing meetings, summarize outcomes, report defects, and maintain testing metrics to deliver actionable go/no-go recommendations.

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering testing experience, including backend testing (API/DB) and complex SQL query creation and execution. Expertise with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks and familiarity with Snowflake. Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar test suite tools and experience using AI technologies for testing purposes. Knowledge of Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems, and the ability to lead testing for programs with multiple integrated systems.
