Job Description
Lead quality strategy in a regulated medical manufacturing environment. Drive continuous improvement and make a visible organizational impact. About Our Client Our client is a respected manufacturer operating within a highly regulated industry where quality, precision, and compliance are critical to success. Job Description Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations. Manage internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring ongoing audit readiness. Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications. Lead investigations involving customer complaints, nonconformances, and CAPAs while driving effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor quality performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to strengthen quality performance throughout manufacturing operations. Manage supplier quality activities and champion continuous improvement, risk management, and process optimization initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. 5+ years of Quality Assurance or related experience, preferably within medical device manufacturing. Strong knowledge of
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and other regulated manufacturing standards. Experience leading audits, managing quality systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
