Job Description

Summary of Position Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function at their plastics manufacturing facility. This is a change-leadership role focused on driving a cultural shift on the production floor, building proactive quality systems, and developing a team of QC technicians across two shifts. Main Duties & Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of three QC technicians across first and second shifts Establish, maintain, and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes Monitor production lines for color accuracy, cross-contamination, and process compliance Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures Partner with the Production Manager to balance operational efficiency with quality standards Key Skills Hands-on QC expertise in plastics manufacturing Strong leadership and cultural change management Color matching and go/no-go quality determination Additional Requirements Proven QA/QC experience in the plastics industry (required) Masterbatch manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of QC documentation, corrective actions, and cross-contamination prevention No specific educational requirement; relevant experience prioritized

Onsite at plastics manufacturing facility

First shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Overtime:
Occasional; no regular overtime expected
