Electrical Quality (QC) Manager

Summary Performs administrative duties as per the MMR Project Quality Plan (PQP) and oversees both MMR Quality Control (QC) Inspector(s) and Document Control personnel if they are assigned to the same project. Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) outlined in the MMR PQP
• Attend quality kick-off and progress meetings (as required)
• Organizational freedom to recognize quality problems and to provide solutions to these problems
• Perform the various periodic project jobsite audits as required
• Assist in the Subcontractor Prequalification Procedure as outlined in MMR's Material and Equipment Procurement Plan, latest edition
• Review provided drawings, specifications, approved RFI's and submittals, etc. for quality requirements
• Conduct and record all MMR quality inspection and testing activities on the appropriate ITR's as required
• Coordinate ITP audit, hold, monitor, and witness points with client, owner, engineer, etc.

PRIOR TO

• Track and record all MMR inspection and / or testing activities (if required)
• Perform periodic project job site audits, surveillances, etc. along with other MMR supporting quality documentation as required
• Gather records for quality Turnover Package submission (if required)
• Attend required and refresher training related to company, vendor, and regulatory compliance
• Attend safety training as directed
• Must comply with all safety and company rules and regulations

• College degree, high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration
• Employee must be able to wear proper personal protective equipment at all times
• Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel

Pay:

$104,000.00 - $136,200.00 per year
