Job Description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense, and other applications, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st shift What's the Job? Oversee quality employees and inspection processes to ensure high standards are maintained Assist in overseeing and assigning quality duties to team members Support training of new hires and ongoing development of staff Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency What's Needed? Excellent time management skills and the ability to solve problems effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email and collaboration tools Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and work instructions Organized approach to task management and delegation Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook What's in it for me?
