Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance and improvement functions to ensure compliance with the delivery of home and community-based services. Conducts and/or coordinates orientation for new employees, pre-service training, corrective action training, and annual training for all personnel. Serves as the incident Management Compliance Officer and is responsible for accurate and timely completion of administrative or management reviews, submission of required documents via the Consumer Data Support System and act as point of contact for investigations and/or revies by external entities (i.e., SLED, Long-Term Care Ombudsman, etc.)
