THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Lead and support quality management programs, ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures, and customer requirements. Provide guidance, training, and technical support to cross-functional teams on quality systems, documentation, and best practices. Manage quality assurance processes, including internal audits, document control, record retention, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee and develop quality personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Coordinate and support certification activities, external audits, and ongoing quality system maintenance. Partner with suppliers and procurement teams to strengthen supplier quality performance and address quality-related concerns. Drive continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and product quality. Support customer-focused quality initiatives, including audits, inquiries, performance reporting, and resolution of corrective action requests. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, warranty trends, and nonconformance data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Promote a culture of quality, safety, integrity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering equivalent.
  • 5+ Years Experience in Quality Management and/or Quality Engineering.
  • Knowledge of quality systems.
  • Ability to travel some.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
