40.0 Responsibilities Lead and improve the nuclear quality management system, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and program excellence across certifications and customer requirements. Manage day-to-day inspection, nonconformance management, manufacturing integration, and supplier quality to support product conformance and timely delivery. Build, develop, and scale the quality organization, serving as the company's quality voice to customers, regulators, and industry partners. Oversee regulatory and certification compliance, audit management, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Direct inspection activities, nonconformance investigations, manufacturing processes, and supplier quality programs. Lead team building, development, and external engagement as part of strategic quality planning. Requirements 15+ years of experience in manufacturing quality leadership roles Significant experience working within nuclear quality assurance programs Demonstrated knowledge of NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements Experience supporting ASME Section III nuclear component manufacturing Experience managing quality teams in a manufacturing environment Strong expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audit management Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both executives and shop floor teams BS degree in engineering or a related technical discipline System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
