Quality Assurance Supervisor (2nd Shift) Direct Hire | $65,000-$75,000 Green Meadows Partners has been retained to recruit a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a well-established food manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional who enjoys leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving food safety initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. If you're passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide leadership, technical guidance, and daily support to the Quality Assurance team. Supervise, coach, and train QA Technicians while ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Support and maintain Food Safety Management System programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, FDA, and applicable food safety regulations. Partner with operations to promote food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate food safety and quality concerns and assist in developing corrective actions. Support internal audits and regulatory compliance activities. Serve as the primary contact for sanitation, pest control, and label printing vendors. Participate on the company's Recall/Recovery Team. Assist with employee training programs related to food safety and quality. Review quality data, evaluate samples, and prepare reports to support operational excellence. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing quality environment. Strong working knowledge of
HACCP, SQF, GMP, FDA
regulations, and food safety principles. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop production or quality teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five or more years of relevant food manufacturing quality experience preferred. Work Environment 2nd Shift Occasional exposure to refrigerated, subzero, and warm production environments.

Pay:
