This pivotal role involves ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations. As a key driver of quality systems, you will collaborate across departments to implement robust quality management practices, conduct comprehensive audits, and foster continuous improvement. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional automotive solutions that exceed customer expectations and adhere to stringent regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and other relevant standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols aligned with industry best practices such as HACCP, CGMP, and specific automotive standards. Oversee quality control inspections and testing procedures to identify defects early and prevent non-conformities in final products. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development projects to integrate quality systems from design through production. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure external components meet required specifications and regulatory standards. Facilitate training sessions on quality management systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance for team members. Skills Extensive knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant quality standards in manufacturing environments. Proven experience in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing QA/QC procedures within automotive or regulated industries. Strong analysis skills to interpret data trends and develop corrective action plans effectively. Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and quality assurance methodologies specific to automotive production. Effective communication skills for training teams, presenting findings, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement efforts through structured problem-solving approaches like Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
