Quality Lead

Responsible for overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility, evaluating and verifying that product is being manufactured correctly and that quantities in standard packs are correct. This position is located in McMinnville TN and you will report to the Site Manager. Main Responsibilities Support Quality Auditors in their day-to-day responsibilities. Assist with plant quality and quality processes. Work with the quality manager to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard. Assist with the training program for new Quality personnel. Managing product flow through Quality Hold process. Resolving quality issues during production runs. All employees are responsible for knowing the Quality Policy Statement, how their job supports the statement and quality objectives. All employees are responsible for product identification. Refer to specific documents related to their job positions and company procedures. Assist in the

APQP/PPAP

process. Review First Article dimensions and documentation to be submitted to the customer. Your profile Five or more years in a manufacturing/quality function. Additional training in quality methods, tools and techniques. Formal education is a bonus but not required.
