The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily functions of the Quality and Hygiene team. The QA Supervisor will also ensure compliance with the process and standards from MH and HACCP and SSOP Responsibilities Monitor temperature checks on products and ensure all FDA rules and regulations are followed. Monitor quality checks to ensure that required specifications are followed. Execute quality-control tests and takes microbiological samples and execute investigations at critical points of the production. Identify, segregate and or reject a product that does not meet the Company's quality specifications. Communicates any product deviation to the supervisor immediately. Maintain daily records by reviewing and updating POS for fresh/frozen inspection, cleaning, chemical concentrations sanitation solutions, thermometer calibration and metal inspection. Responsible to keep and maintain the SSOP program updates accordingly. Able to write Food Safety Policies and Procedures. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 5 years' experience. Knowledge in Food Technology, Quality and Food Safety Management System. Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) required. Certified in SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) preferred. Education Studies in Microbiology or related field. Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.- All requirements and skills are considered to be essential, unless otherwise indicated
