Job Summary:
Ensures the consistent application of quality processes for Self-Perform Work (SPW), based on established guidelines, to support the delivery of reliable, high-performing work and to establish clear quality expectations across field operations. Creates, promotes, and reinforces a culture of quality for SPW team members, including craft professionals and field leadership. Identifies, communicates, and integrates quality assurance and quality control functions into SPW project execution throughout the project life cycle. Collaborates and coordinates with project teams, craft supervision, and cross-functional partners to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues associated with self-performed scopes of work. Monitors quality performance and supports continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen execution consistency and alignment with established quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the consistent application of quality processes for Self-Perform Work (SPW), based on established guidelines, to support field execution and alignment with project quality expectations. Collaborates and coordinates with craft supervision, project teams, and cross-functional partners to manage quality assurance and quality control functions for self-performed scopes throughout the project life cycle. Develops and maintains quality programs and field processes that reinforce a culture of quality for SPW team members, including craft professionals. Supports development and training initiatives for SPW team members to promote awareness, understanding, and consistent application of quality processes and associated responsibilities. Monitors SPW quality data, inspections, and field performance metrics to detect trends, measure performance, and recommend process improvements. Communicates findings, observations, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders to support issue resolution and informed decision-making. Evaluates SPW field processes and completed work independently to recommend enhancements that strengthen execution consistency and support achievement of customer expectations.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
4-6 years of experience in Self-Perform Work (SPW), project management, quality assurance, quality control, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
