About the
Role:
The QAQC Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer. This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes that align with industry regulations and company policies. The QAQC Manager will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards. Additionally, this role requires the analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager). Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry. Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools. Must also be a Certified welding inspector
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures. Lead and manage a team of QAQC professionals, providing training and support. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
