What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding operation What You'll Lead Food Safety & Quality Oversight Own and continuously improve BCW's Food Safety & Quality programs, including HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, Gluten‑Free, Organic, Kosher, and Halal. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee environmental monitoring programs and food safety systems across sister facilities. Lead the management team through BRCGS certification and Food Safety Plan execution. Audits & Inspections Facilitate internal and external audits, including customer, State, Federal, and regulatory inspections. Prepare the facility for third‑party audits and certification reviews. Conduct routine facility inspections to verify compliance and readiness. Team Leadership Manage, train, and develop Quality Assurance staff. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Process & Product Monitoring Monitor production processes to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Oversee sampling, testing, and evaluation of raw materials, in‑process product, and finished goods. Documentation & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate, complete documentation for all Quality procedures, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate and complete documentation. Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Lead investigations to determine root causes of product safety or quality issues. Implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness. Develop preventive measures to reduce recurrence and strengthen system reliability. Supplier Quality Management Manage supplier approval, qualification, and monitoring programs. Evaluate and approve suppliers based on food safety and quality standards. Oversee incoming raw material inspections and verification activities. Customer Complaint Resolution Investigate customer complaints and provide timely, professional responses. Implement corrective measures and determine root causes to improve customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues. Continuous Improvement Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with Operations to drive process improvements and reduce defects. Requirements Bachelor's degree (required) Minimum 10 years quality experience in food manufacturing PCQI certified Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems Knowledge of bakery processes preferred Ability to commute to Dallas, TX Work Location In‑person at
