Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in quality assurance, validation, delivery assurance, or related roles, with a focus on outcome and trust-based validation Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Deep understanding of QA practices—manual testing, exploratory validation, test automation—focused on real-world business outcomes Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, making informed risk-based decisions with incomplete information Proven success in outcome-oriented leadership and cross-functional influence without escalation Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills aligned with delivering confidence and clarity Excellent communication skills for conveying risk and readiness to diverse stakeholders Adaptability and quick learning to grasp new domains and drive strategic validation approaches Nice to
