Manufacturing Quality Manager

Quality Manager - Manufacturing Flexcraft is hiring a Quality Manager to support hands-on quality control and inspection processes in our manufacturing facility. This role is focused on daily quality checks, process compliance, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. What You ll Do Perform and oversee inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects, trends, and quality risks Collect and analyze quality data to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure

compliance through accurate documentation and routine audits Support customer quality issues, investigations, and documentation requests Train and guide production employees on inspection methods and quality standards Assist with internal, customer, and certification audits Support automated inspection and measurement improvements What We re Looking For 5+ years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing Plastic manufacturing experience preferred (blow molding or injection molding a plus) Working knowledge of inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality data Experience with ISO-based quality systems Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working on the production floor Why Flexcraft Hands-on role with real impact on product quality Team-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunity to support continuous improvement initiatives Important - Part of Our Hiring Process As part of our commitment to thoughtful hiring and employee development, we use a tool called Culture Index .
