Job Description Job Purpose:
Responsible for the overall
ISO 9001
Certifications, Document Control and Training. This role involves developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting audits, monitoring performance as well as training, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication, team building and problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality and fostering excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality Audits:
Perform regular audits (internal and external), inspections, and tests to evaluate existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement
Training and Development:
Educate employees on ISO requirements, quality tools, quality standards and best practices through training Assists the Site Quality Leadership in maintaining
ISO 9001
Certification Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance data, compile test data, and prepare reports. Collaborate with teams to identify and address issues, developing action plans
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain documentation systems and documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality control records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Problem Solving and Corrective Action:
Investigate and resolve complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions
Training:
Maintain documentation for site training including database.
Qualifications Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachlelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related technical field 5+ of previous experience in an ISO auditor role Good problem solving and Quality background Time management skills. Attention to details and ability to focus on assignment. Knowledge of reading engineering technical drawings. Knowledge of inspection microscope tools Have good computer skills and able to use Microsoft office products. Must be able to work weekends when needed.
