$150,000 + 15% quarterly bonus Full Benefits Package Position Overview Kelly is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and direct all quality activities in support of our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining robust process control and quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and
ISO 9001
requirements. This is a hands?on leadership role with strong influence across manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including
ISO 9001
Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate quality plan Oversee testing and evaluation of products and manufacturing processes for quality and reliability Drive preventive and corrective action (CAPA) activities using root cause analysis Lead supplier quality activities, including supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and manage in?process quality measurement systems and machine capability programs Maintain and improve supplier quality index using statistical process control (SPC) Coordinate and approve PPAPs, first articles, and sample submissions for new products and engineering changes Participate in new product development, ensuring manufacturing capabilities meet customer requirements Administer and validate all engineering change notices (ECNs) Lead investigations into significant quality issues; develop action plans and communicate progress company?wide Revise and maintain the Quality Control Manual Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues Promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement Actively participate in and support the company Safety Program Other duties as assigned by management Basic Skills Ability to read and write English at a high?school level Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem?solving ability Proficient in MS Office and enterprise software systems Ability to calculate production and quality measurements Proven ability to lead, train, and drive results through teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (required) 3-5 years of experience in a closely related quality role Managerial experience required Experience with IPC?A?610 and IPC?A?620 standards Experience with quality system audits Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, manufacturing principles, and business practices Experience with statistical process control, corrective actions, and materials/process quality Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing Experience in product development and new product introduction (NPI) Proven experience managing budgets, hiring, training, and developing teams Excellent root cause analysis and decision?making skills Ability to travel as required Interested?
