Onsite Job Description Position Description and Qualifications:
Position Summary:

The QA/SQE Supervisor for QA/SQE Department at TDC, candidate need to have extensive experience gained at automotive industry and demonstrate direct knowledge of automotive supplier quality management with good problem-solver facilitating skills with internal and external counterparts and managing and planning for SQE Team.

Requirements:

1. Prefer with OEM knowledge, and BA in Engineering and/or related Supplier Management Field

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal and management skills.

3. Management of supplier PPAP submission and performing supplier audit experience.

4. Able to provide ideas on supplier quality control and with

APQP/PPAP

experiences to ensure

quality output from supplier.

5. Japanese or Spanish language skill is a plus.

6. Travel to Reynosa, Mexico 2 or 3 times per week. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; focus on Mechanical or Electronics preferred.

5+ years of experience in automotive supplier quality engineering.

Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, supplier audits, and quality systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with OEM processes is highly desirable.

Language skills: Spanish or Japanese is a plus.

Must be comfortable traveling regularly to Reynosa, Mexico minimum (3) days per week. (secured company transport provided)
