We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic Senior Quality Assurance Manager who thrives on solving problems, leading teams, improving processes, and raising the bar for quality across our organization. Your Mission As our Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be the champion of quality throughout Fox Packaging's manufacturing operations. You will lead quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and partner closely with operations, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to build a world-class quality culture. This is not a desk-only position. We want a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, analyzing data, coaching teams, solving complex challenges, and making a measurable impact every day. What You'll Do Lead Quality Excellence Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide quality management systems. Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics that drive operational excellence. Lead internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards. Serve as the primary quality representative for customers, suppliers, and executive leadership. Drive Continuous Improvement Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize root cause analysis methodologies including 5 Whys, Fishbone, CAPA, and statistical analysis tools. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams and corrective action programs. Customer and Supplier Quality Partner with customers to understand quality expectations and resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Develop supplier quality programs and performance measurement systems. Analyze customer complaints, warranty claims, and quality trends to identify improvement opportunities. Build strong relationships that reinforce Fox Packaging's reputation for excellence. Leadership and Culture Lead, develop, and mentor quality team members while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, sales, and executive leadership. Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to ownership and executive management. Foster a proactive quality culture where every employee understands their role in delivering exceptional products. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing environments. Minimum 5 years of management experience leading quality teams. Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, statistical process control, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience managing customer quality requirements and supplier quality programs. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in plastics, packaging, converting, flexible packaging, or related manufacturing industries. Certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent. Experience with ISO quality systems and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of data analytics and quality reporting systems. Proven track record of driving measurable operational improvements.

Compensation:
