Quality Manager needed near

Midlothian, TX Job Duties:

• Responsible for the Quality management system
• Managing a Team of Scientists in the QA/QC Departments
• Approves new and existing procedures that affect product and material quality
• Collaborates with Regulatory Affairs
• Oversees MOC, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA programs
• Ensure efficiency and safety in the lab
• Maintain SOP and other documentation on internal document management system
• In charge of running customer audits as requested in a timely manner
• Develops new programs to improve efficiency and work flow

Schedule:

Day Shift M-F 7:00AM-4:00

PM CST Pay:

130,000-145,000 USD Yearly depending on experience Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or a related field preferred
• Internal Auditor Training
• Experience with ISO 9001 and CGMP
• Preferred Lean or Six Sigma Certification
• 7+ years experience in CGMP environment preferably in the food industry or in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• 3+ years of that experience in management/supervisor/lead role
• Experience with collaborating between Quality and Operations Departmen Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Midlothian, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00
