Quality Manager needed near
Midlothian, TX Job Duties:
- Responsible for the Quality management system
- Managing a Team of Scientists in the QA/QC Departments
- Approves new and existing procedures that affect product and material quality
- Collaborates with Regulatory Affairs
- Oversees MOC, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA programs
- Ensure efficiency and safety in the lab
- Maintain SOP and other documentation on internal document management system
- In charge of running customer audits as requested in a timely manner
- Develops new programs to improve efficiency and work flow
Schedule:
Day Shift M-F 7:00AM-4:00
PM CST Pay:
130,000-145,000 USD Yearly depending on experience Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry or a related field preferred
- Internal Auditor Training
- Experience with ISO 9001 and CGMP
- Preferred Lean or Six Sigma Certification
- 7+ years experience in CGMP environment preferably in the food industry or in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of that experience in management/supervisor/lead role
