QC Materials Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Prestressed Concrete Materials Supervisor to oversee concrete mix designs, materials testing, and raw material management for a fast-paced precast/prestressed concrete operation. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with project and DOT specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adjust concrete batch mix designs for prestressed products Perform and oversee concrete and aggregate testing (fresh and hardened) Ensure compliance with TxDOT and project specifications Monitor quality of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water Order and manage raw materials to support production schedules Analyze test results and make necessary mix adjustments Maintain accurate testing records and material certifications Troubleshoot material and production-related issues Coordinate with production, QC, and management teams Ability to QC on production lines when needed

Pay:

From $80,000.00 per year
