Summary We are seeking a QAQC Manager to join our team at Mountain West Industrial. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industrial construction sector. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of projects to monitor quality control processes. Collaborate with project managers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and safety standards. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management. Work closely with clients to understand their quality expectations and ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in industrial construction or related fields. Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to lead training sessions on quality assurance practices.
