Hours:

Flexible part time in office ideally close to 28 hours per week M-F 8-6 (we will work with you to build the schedule that works best within these parameters). We do require being in office during work hours.

Responsibilities:

Review Field Technician service to the ensure accuracy. Review Field Technician ATM survey photographs Review Field Technician data entry for accuracy Data Recovery and Data Entry Adapt surveys for operational efficiency Administrative and operational projects as assigned by ATA Team Building training materials Review website development feedback This role will also serve as a dual-function role, with the other function being management of Office Inventory.

These responsibilities include:

Safely Fulfill Supply Orders to our Field Technicians Order supplies and inventory for the office where needed Manage shipping information Maintain an accurate count of in-stock inventory Communicate with project managers to order/create decals as needed Build an expertise on the different items we have in-stock and take the reigns on sharing this expertise where needed. Maintain communication with Team Lead on Shipping budget and expenses

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Entry Level - Expert (will train) Very Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize. Problem solving Analytical skills Self-motivated Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor Team player with ability to work collaboratively. Basic iPhone and computer skills (Our mobile app is used for data gathering) Moderate problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Willing to learn new skills and prepare to possibly transition to manage a wide region of operations Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Preferred Qualities:

Proficiency with Excel Experience with Shipping and Handling Prior experience specifically with
