Quality Assurance Coordinator

Friday, Full-time Compensation:

$26.45/hr to $31.25/hr

DOE Responsibilities:

Observe construction sites for general compliance with Federal OSHA regulations, permitting (as needed), lead safe practices, product specifications, building codes, and prepare field notes and reports. Use basic equipment, including but not limited to cell phone camera, measuring tape, and a ladder. Use computer network drives, CRM software (Salesforce), email (Outlook), and document management systems dictated by project requirements. Spend up to 50% of the day traveling to job sites to inspect product installation quality and ensure installers are using safe practices

Meet with homeowners to discuss home improvement projects, deescalate complaints and find a solution to meet the homeowners needs consistent with install requirements and industry quality standards. Continue to pursue additional certifications as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of residential construction background preferred General knowledge of roofing and siding is preferred Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals Outstanding customer service skills Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.) Valid Driver's License required

Bilingual Preferred Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• GAF•Hardie•Sentrel•Alside OSHA-30 certification First-Aid certification Compliance Training for the region (Inspection/Permits/Etc)
