About the Role As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will serve as the primary steward of our Quality Management System, ensuring that all production outputs meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a dedicated team to drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence that prioritizes product integrity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Direct and mentor Quality Technicians to ensure consistent adherence to safety and quality protocols. Oversee audit readiness and serve as the main point of contact for third-party and regulatory inspections. Manage documentation, SOPs, and quality records to maintain full compliance with GFSI and industry standards. Execute root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Whys and Fishbone to resolve deviations and prevent recurrence. Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new processes and optimize product quality. Facilitate quality-focused training programs to enhance team expertise and operational consistency. Required Skills Proven experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of GFSI, GMP, and HACCP frameworks. Proficiency in risk assessment, internal auditing, and statistical process control (SPC). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical investigations. Preferred Skills Certification in BRCGS or SQF standards. Experience in flexible packaging, extrusion, or converting industries. Advanced proficiency in ERP and QMS software platforms.
