Job Title:
Manufacturing Quality Supervisor
  • $89,400 - $134,200
  • Job Description The Quality Supervisor leads quality assurance and control efforts to ensure products meet established standards for safety, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
This role oversees a quality team, resolves quality issues, partners with operations and other departments, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Lead and support the quality team to maintain consistent product quality. Ensure compliance with quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct process audits and inspections across production operations. Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership to improve processes. Analyze quality data and report trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO. Ability to lead teams and promote a culture of quality and accountability. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with quality management, quality control, supplier quality, and quality engineering. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and
ISO 2015
standards. Knowledge of quality inspection, supervision, and quality management systems. Understanding of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $89475.00 - $134213.00/yr.
