In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your energetic leadership will drive excellence in product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence, empowering our team to deliver outstanding results consistently. Duties Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities, including inspections, audits, and testing procedures, to uphold product integrity and compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems aligned with
ISO 13485
(medical devices), ISO 9001 (quality management), FDA regulations, HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points), and CGMP (current good manufacturing practices). Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee quality control processes throughout manufacturing stages, ensuring products meet specified standards before release. Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancements; lead corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to process improvements, new product launches, and compliance initiatives. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality activities, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and systems. Extensive knowledge of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001
standards, FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and quality audit procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead quality audits and manage compliance programs effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication skills for training teams, reporting findings, and collaborating across departments. Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are highly desirable.
