Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. This role involves managing maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to support continuous production operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and safety standards. Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to optimize equipment uptime. Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components. Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) logic to diagnose issues accurately. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installation, or process improvements with effective project management skills. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including proper handling of high voltage and electrical systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS tools. Coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards or areas requiring repair or upgrade. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision or management within manufacturing environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, and facilities management. Proficiency in reading schematics, mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and PLC programming logic. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools such as multimeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management purposes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting. Relevant certifications or training in electrical work, HVAC systems, or industrial maintenance are preferred.
