In this role, you'll shape and execute the factory's quality strategy while ensuring compliance with global standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll champion quality management systems, lead improvement initiatives, and partner with teams across operations, engineering, supply chain, and R D to deliver world-class products and experiences. How You'll Make an Impact Lead and deploy factory quality strategies and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) aligned with business objectives. Champion a strong safety culture by integrating HSE best practices into quality activities. Drive customer satisfaction by incorporating Voice of Customer feedback into quality initiatives and improvements. Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
requirements, regulatory standards, and global quality expectations. Lead Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and testing processes across the factory. Analyze quality performance data, establish KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving. Develop, coach, and inspire quality teams while strengthening cross-functional collaboration and accountability. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of quality management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles. Excellent analytical, root cause investigation, and risk management skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
