The Successful Applicant 10+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years as a Quality Control Manager Federal construction experience required (NAVFAC and/or USACE strongly preferred) Proven experience managing QC on mid-to-large-scale projects ($8M+ preferred) Strong knowledge of Three-Phase Control, submittals, inspections, and federal QC requirements Familiarity withEM 385-1-1, OSHA
