S. They are known for delivering complex, compliance-driven projects with precision, particularly in environments requiring strict adherence to government standards such as NAVFAC and USACE. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and execution, they offer a stable pipeline of projects, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-visibility builds. Job Description Lead and manage the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program across active projects Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in compliance with contract requirements Conduct and document Three-Phase Control meetings (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up) Oversee inspections and testing, coordinating with third-party labs and inspectors Review, track, and approve submittals to ensure compliance prior to government submission Perform site walks and inspections, identifying deficiencies and driving corrective actions Maintain all QC documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with federal standards Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved without impacting schedule Interface directly with government representatives, ensuring transparency and compliance Support safety compliance efforts, including
EM 385-1-1

EM 385-1-1, OSHA
