Job Description

QUALITY MANAGER
- Packaging Were looking for a data-driven Quality Manager with experience leading both people & systems for our client in Wisconsin. This is a corporate-level role.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience leading people (a team of 10) and systems, including coaching & development Dedication to excellence and a continual focus on customer service with a servant leader mindset. Packaging or Labels Industry experience Proven experience working with Customers, Suppliers & Operations Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action methodology Working knowledge of statistical methods In-depth understanding of quality control procedures Ability to travel 10% of the time Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
EDUCATION
: BS in Quality, Engineering or Materials Science
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include:
Lead and develop the Quality team; develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control processes and standards and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and nonconformances. Review and improve the quality program in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations Lead the Quality team, including Engineers, Analysts and Technicians. Perform statistical analysis to drive decisions and priorities. Lead problem-solving efforts using Root Cause Corrective Action methodology. Perform internal quality audits, monitor data trends, and identify opportunities to reduce risk, increase efficiency, and improve existing quality processes. Travel to customers and suppliers as needed to gain first-hand knowledge (10%) Lead internal training on quality standards and expectations Reports directly to the Technical Director.
