Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 9001.
Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards. Coordinate root cause analysis for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows while maintaining strict adherence to quality protocols. Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality systems, inspection techniques, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control and assurance processes. Excellent analysis skills for identifying issues quickly and implementing effective solutions. Project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met. Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to interpret complex technical data accurately.
