Racine, WI Hours:

1st 6:30•3:00•30 minute unpaid lunch and 10 minute paid break

Pay:

$20•24

BOE Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise all QC Techs Serve as primary contact for QC questions, minor issues, and daily support Monitor performance, accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures Provide on the spot coaching and feedback when needed Conduct audits of QC logs, inspections, and documentation for accuracy Maintain all quality documentation Ability to work on line as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in Quality Control Lead/Supervisor in a manufacturing setting Strong leadership and communication skills Efficiency with Microsoft Suite High School diploma, technical school, or equivalent required

Pay:

$20.00•$24.00 per hour
