Employees can expect a culture that values safety, craftsmanship, and technical precision. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Manager role based in Saukville, WI. The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of the quality management system, including maintaining procedures, work instructions, and records to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring product quality on the shop floor, reviewing inspection data, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role will coordinate and conduct internal audits, support customer and third-party audits, and manage nonconformances and supplier quality issues. The Quality Manager will collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to drive continuous improvement projects, train team members on quality practices, and support customer communication on quality-related topics. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing quality systems in a manufacturing, metals, or foundry environment, including inspection, documentation control, and nonconformance management. Strong skills in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). Familiarity with relevant quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar, control plans, SPC, gauge calibration, and measurement systems). Proficiency with technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications, and the ability to work closely with engineering and production teams. Effective communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and promote a culture of quality and safety. Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including comfort with data analysis and use of office and quality-related software. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Prior experience in the mining, metals, foundry, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred; quality certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA) are a plus.
