Salary:
$140,000-$180,000
Director of Quality Opportunity:
The Director of Quality will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives. Oversee regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements. Partner with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions The Director of Quality will oversee Compliance Program activities, including investigations, audits, policy development, employee education, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.
Director of Quality Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Compliance Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, CMS requirements, regulatory surveys, patient safety, and quality improvement practices Previous healthcare leadership or Quality/Compliance Director experience preferred, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and policy-development skills.

TT Pay:
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
