Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician and become a vital contributor to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across our manufacturing operations. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing quality inspections, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to rigorous quality management systems. Duties Perform detailed quality inspections , test products,evaluate materials,perform audits with in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards. Utilize QA/QC procedures to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformances, documenting findings accurately using Microsoft Office tools and specialized quality management software. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, ASME codes & standards, and other regulatory/legal compliance standards. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support manufacturing teams by providing guidance on quality standards in production and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all inspection activities to maintain safety protocols. Assist in maintaining comprehensive records of inspections, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality systems and standards such as
GMP, FDA
regulations, and ASME codes. Demonstrated ability to perform thorough quality inspections and audits with attention to detail. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend effective solutions. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to food safety or other regulated industries is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data collection and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and regulatory/legal standards in production environments. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working in a manufacturing setting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Basis understanding of statistical analysis and quality control tools Must have 4 years of manufacturing Quality experience Join us as a Quality Technician where your expertise will uphold our commitment to excellence! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 42.0 per week
