Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Classroom Support Clerk is responsible for programming iPads/Laptops and preparing and setting up all classrooms with training material required for the delivery of resident responder training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
 Set-Up each classroom with training materials, iPads, laptops, manuals, handouts and admin supplies as dictated by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Guide  Responsible for programming, issuing, recovering, cleaning and sanitizing all iPads/laptops used during resident training  Performs classroom inspections, per SOP guidelines, returning unused materials to inventory  Maintains consumable inventory and reorders supplies, as needed  Maintains a materials spreadsheet for books, handouts and other classroom materials in TSP Department  Provides a weekly status report to TSP Team Leader covering classroom issues dealing with classroom support  Maintains a minimum set of training materials for the delivery of resident courses  Performs quality checks of all materials received from Government Printing Office (GPO)  Prepares QC reports regarding results of classroom materials checked; send to QMO and TSP Team Lead as required  Conducts classroom briefings  Maintains 100% accountability of government furnished equipment  Provides instructional support to Course Managers, Instructors and students as requested  Works effectively with a team and is respectful of colleagues  Adhere to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines  Demonstrates a commitment to continued professional growth and development  Accept constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment  Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
 High school graduate or GED equivalent required  Experience with iPads, laptops and printers/copiers  Perform detailed tasks under time constraints  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Ability to lift, turn and carry materials (up to 60 pounds) to support TSP function  Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule  Knowledge of CDP training environment and/or curriculum preferred
